Allen's "walk-on" year coincides with the year he has to sit as a transfer. He won't be on the bench and he won't have an athletic scholarship next year. |

Clayton Custer was offered the same situation. Conner Frankamp is likely to get scholarship minutes this year despite paying his own way. |

Very much so. We as WSU fans were sad he did not end up in Wichita, but we're glad he ended up in Loyola. |

PM did a great job of locking down the Custer commitment quickly. What's in-state tuition at WSU? Would have to imagine that helps convincing someone like Frankamp (who is from KS, right?) to walk on for a year. |

Creighton is $30K per year. Three semesters in Wichita w/o scholarship is cheaper. As an added bonus, you don't have to play for the Bluejays. |

I'm still not convinced that Frankamp gets a scholarship after this year. He's gonna have to earn it and I, and others, still have doubts about that happening. |
