The adjustments to RPI based on home/road/neutral games and quality wins are ostensibly secret, but it's math. The formulas can be figured out by people with training and patience, and by observing changes to officially published numbers that come out every week. Once you get the formulas, you can write code to do the calculations immediately. Apparently, Warren Nolan and a couple others have done exactly that.
